Come join a multidisciplinary team where your skills are valued, and your impact is felt every single day!Job Description:Occupational Therapist is responsible for comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including the completion of skilled documentation through Homecare Homebase.Evaluate patients and perform appropriate therapy interventionsDevelop a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary carePerform prompt clinical documentation and visit notesContinued communication with physician, care team members, patient and familyComfortable working in all aspects of the home health settingManage patient treatment and outcomes directly, or through COTA supervisionRequirements:Strong organization skills and time managementAble to multitask and accomplish and meet timelinesProfessional appearance and effective communication skillsCurrent Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) licenseOne year of occupational therapy experienceCurrent Texas driver's licenseCPR certificationExperience with healthcare software (Homecare Homebase preferred)Previous Home Health experience is helpful, but not requiredSchedule:Monday to FridayLicense/Certification:BLS Certification (Required)Occupational Therapy License (Required)EMR Used:Homecare HomebaseBenefits:Continuing education credits401KDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programTravel reimbursementVision insurance
