Position OverviewThe Implementation Specialist is responsible for solution delivery such instant Financial Issuance on customer environment and/or hosted environment . This position will manage installations and ensure customer success and satisfaction during the project delivery which includes setup, installation, and administration for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.ResponsibilitiesSolution Delivery - 85%Solution deployment and configuration to meet the customer needsSetup, install, and administer instant financial solutions for our customers. This may be done either remotely or at a customer siteCollaborate with project management team to deliver the solution to the customer in a timely matter.Act as technical expert on the solution, including participating in the requirements gathering and validationUnderstand the customer need and work directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentationTest and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and documents technical issues to be escalated to the proper organization for resolutionDeliver solution training for customers, Partner and IT personnelInteract with System Administrators to apply software patches and perform upgrades to existing customer systemsMaintain high availability for contact to ensure timely and accurate response to all inquiriesCommunicate effectively with external and internal customers/partner and provide information in a timely and accurate mannerProcess improvement – 15%Provides feedback based on client experiences to the owner of the components part of the solution and process improvementsCreate and maintain documentation to assist in future problem resolutionParticipate and Propose process, documentation and solution improvementsBasic QualificationsAssociate degree in information technology or equivalentMust have mastery of written and verbal communication2+ years of experience in a customer Software deliveryExperience with System IntegrationsProven work with Software debugging or developmentAbility to work non-standard hours as needed including evenings and weekends as customer initiates.Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.Must be available to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Central time with the main hours being 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central TimeWhen proficiency of skills is obtained, some weekend and after-hours work will be required.Preferred QualificationsProficient problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience in general networking technologies and conceptsExperience configuring and maintaining Windows Server associated tool and utilitiesProfessional technical certification such as A+, MCSA, MCSE or similarNetworking and/or Software Certificates such as Network+ and CCNASQL, IIS, TCP/IP, VMware, Cisco, SAN, LAN/WAN knowledge and experienceExperience supporting remote and mobile users and computing/communicationsExperience with systems backup and recovery technologiesAt Entrust, we don’t just offer jobs – we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
