They will be responsible for increasing year-over-year spending with these accounts every month to grow their business. The Account Manager will work & strategize with each account to grow the value of their book of business. They will do so by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each account, conduct joint business planning sessions, identify areas of opportunity within each account, and maximize unit sale and store adoption of Key New Releases.Role InvolvementIncrease their book of business revenue by 10% year-over-yearPerform customer service and act as a business consultant to each accountMaintain a comprehensive understanding of each accountMaintain an appropriate ordering percentage each month from their book of businessHave appropriate adoption rates across accounts for key titles, launches, and promotionsUnderstand sales trends and the current industry statusLeverage data & industry trends to increase sales for your accountsMaintain a knowledge of the product catalog, new releases, and all promotionsUpdate and maintain CRM & ERP systems with correct customer data & informationAdditional projects as requested by the Communications & OP LeaderPosition Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with an attention to detailPhone sales experienceAbility to collaborate successfully with other individuals in a high energy, team-oriented environmentAcute problem-solving skillsResilience in overcoming objectionAdaptability in times of pivoting prioritiesWillingness to own, manage, and improve upon specific projectsTime management skills and the ability to balance different projects at onceStrong sales skills and backgroundEducation/Experience: One year minimum in sales or customer serviceOne year of experience in the hobby & game industryProven track record of success in maintaining a book of businessExperience using Microsoft Suite and PowerBIHesitant to apply because you don't have all the experience or qualifications listed?
