Our debut product is available now at Fortell Audiology on Park Avenue and 61st Street.We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to own the day-to-day operational workflows that keep our production line running smoothly. This role is the backbone of our manufacturing floor - you'll be the person who makes sure materials arrive, inventory is accurate, builds stay on schedule, and finished goods get out the door. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on process, precision, and the satisfaction of a well-run operation. This is a full-time role based out of our facility in Danbury, CT.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate weekly manufacturing schedules and production builds, tracking dependencies across materials, staffing, and equipment readinessReceive incoming materials and components, perform or coordinate incoming inspections, and document results and dispositionMaintain accurate inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods and scrap, tracking levels and supporting reorder decisionsCoordinate shipment of finished goods to customers and outgoing shipments of parts and supplies, ensuring proper documentation and trackingManage preventive maintenance schedules and calibration tracking for manufacturing equipment, ensuring activities are completed on time and properly documentedServe as a cross-functional link between production planning, supply chain, engineering, and qualityYou're The Right Candidate If You HaveStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. You find satisfaction in a reconciled inventory and a clean process1–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, warehouse management, supply chain, or a similar hands-on logistics roleExperience working with inventory or ERP systems, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quicklyClear, proactive communication skills. You're comfortable flagging issues before they become problemsAn all-in mentality. You enjoy taking ownership of operational workflowsPreferred ExperienceCollege degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with incoming inspection processes and material disposition workflowsExperience with installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ) of manufacturing equipmentExperience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environmentBackground in a startup or high-growth environment where processes are still being builtCompensation Range: $55K - $70K
