PROMOTION HOST/HOSTESS

Location: HCG WI DELLS Department: HCG-WD Marketing Summary: POSITION OVERVIEW This position will be knowledgeable and detail-oriented regarding the player tracking system, enrollment of new members and the benefits of the Players Club and current promotions/events involving their Ho-Chunk Gaming place of employment. In addition, this position may also be responsible for performing the duties of coat check and/or valet; all of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1.High School diploma or equivalent. ESSENTIAL: 1.All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk Nation. 2.Must be bondable and hold a gaming license throughout employment. 3.Valid driver's license and liability auto insurance (at minimum), preferred EXPERIENCE: 1.No experience is required.
