Process Engineer

Overview In this role you own Plasma Dry Etch development from experiment design to production release, shaping process innovation within a global semiconductor fab. You will serve as the technical owner of etch tools and metrology, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve yield and process capability. The position offers high visibility and impact on manufacturing excellence in a growing compound semiconductor environment. You will work hands-on to translate DOE results into formal procedures and releases, driving scalable, reliable processes.
