QA Manager
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance efforts in a player-coach environment, combining hands-on automation work with team leadership. This role will oversee end-to-end testing strategies for web applications, including solutions incorporating AI-driven capabilities within the mortgage technology spaceThe QA Manager will partner closely with engineering and product teams to build scalable QA processes, maintain testing environments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.ResponsibilitiesLead QA strategy and manage quality assurance processes across applicationsOperate in a player-coach capacity, mentoring QA engineers while remaining hands-on with testingDevelop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriverOversee end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testingEstablish and maintain QA environments and testing infrastructureCollaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile development environmentTrack defects, analyze quality metrics, and drive continuous improvementQualifications7+ years of QA experience with strong automation expertise2+ years of QA leadership or management experienceStrong experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, or similar)Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)Experience implementing end-to-end testing strategiesStrong understanding of Agile development practicesPreferredExperience testing AI-enabled applicationsExperience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)Mortgage industry experience
