Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lawn Care Service Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating lawn care services, scheduling and supervising field staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. The Service Manager will oversee equipment maintenance, address customer inquiries, and handle service-related issues promptly. Additionally, the role includes ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting a positive, customer-centric team environment. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skillsExperience in team management, leadership, and staff developmentKnowledge of lawn care services, including fertilization, pest control, and aerationExcellent customer service and communication skillsFamiliarity with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting processesAbility to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to varying weather conditionsProficiency in using scheduling and management softwarePrior experience in landscaping or lawn care management is highly desirableA valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
