Job Description: Home Health CaregiverLaJoy Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Caregivers. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparationOffer companionship and emotional support to clientsAccurately document care provided through an app in accordance with SOM/Agency policies and proceduresAdhere to all safety regulations and protocolsQualifications:Smart phone/Device (must be able to download app to complete EVV compliance)Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insuranceHigh School Diploma or GEDPhysical ability to lift, bend, and perform other physical tasks as requiredStrong communicationThis job requires a criminal background check.
