This role offers the opportunity to work across manufacturing, engineering, and business functions while contributing to the technology foundation that powers our global operations.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, supporting users, and implementing innovative technologies that improve business performance, we'd like to hear from you.Role and Responsibilities:Network & Systems AdministrationServe as the administrator for company LAN and WAN environmentsMonitor, maintain, and improve network performance, reliability, and securityManage user, administrative, and network account accessMaintain accurate hardware and software inventory levelsEnsure software licensing, maintenance agreements, and support contracts remain currentTechnical Support & Infrastructure ManagementSupervise and coordinate internal or contracted technical support resources through Help Desk activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve PC, hardware, software, and network-related issuesDevelop and maintain documentation, procedures, and technical standardsSupport business continuity through proactive infrastructure maintenance and planningContinuous Improvement & Industry 4.0Identify new or emerging technologies to help improve operational efficiencyResearch, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that support business objectivesWork with vendors and contractors to deploy infrastructure upgrades and enhancementsParticipate in initiatives supporting digital manufacturing, connectivity, and Industry 4.0 strategiesTraining & CollaborationDevelop and deliver hardware and software training programsCreate user procedures and technical documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated data and information systems that support both internal and external customersDesired Skills and Experience:Required QualificationsBS n Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience administering enterprise LAN and WAN environmentsStrong understanding of network design, infrastructure, and systems maintenanceExperience supporting Windows-based environments, hardware, and software platformsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsManufacturing systems or manufacturing IT experienceKnowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and connected manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting multi-site operationsFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices and network security principlesExperience in managing vendor relationships and technology implementationsTechnimark is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
