Our mission is to support professionals, contractors, and organizations nationwide in creating a more sustainable future.Everblue is seeking a Case Manager to help contractors and applicants navigate programs and successfully complete requirements.In this role, you will serve as a trusted guide for applicants, customers, and contractors, helping them understand requirements, resolve issues, and resolve issues. This is not a script-reading support role. We’re looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems, and take ownership of helping customers succeed.What You’ll Do
Support & Escalation ManagementRespond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and web with prompt, knowledgeable supportHelp customers understand program options and eligibilityManage complex or sensitive customer or contractor issuesSupport resolution of contractor‑customer disputes while ensuring program complianceProvide clear updates on benefits, timelines, and application progressApplication Processing & Program SupportMaintain accurate CRM records including registrations, sales orders, and support requestsReview and verify documentation for completenessEvaluate applications for program eligibility and alignment with program guidelinesConduct rebate reservation reviewsTroubleshoot semi‑technical issues related to platforms, credentials, and program systemsContractor SupportProvide guidance to contractors on applications, documentation, and project requirementsTrack project milestones and installation progress throughout the program lifecycleSupport coordination and review of Statements of Work (SOW)Project CloseoutReview Statements of Work to ensure compliance with program requirements. Sales & GrowthSupport final documentation review prior to project closeoutCoordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve outstanding itemsOutreachConduct outbound calling to applicants and past customers to provide updates and re‑engage opportunitiesShare customer insights with internal teams to improve programs and customer experienceIdentify ways to streamline processes and enhance the customer journeyWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in customer support, program administration, inside sales, or operationsStrong problem‑solving skills and experience handling escalationsExperience reviewing documentation or managing application workflowsExcellent communication, empathy, and active listening skillsComfort learning new systems and guiding users through online platformsDetail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Google Drive a plus)Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant experience will be consideredWhy Join Everblue?
