Arcade Attendant

Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Arcade Attendant to join our team at our entertainment facility. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences, managing arcade operations, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, experience in event management, and the ability to handle various guest interactions with professionalism. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or resort settings is a plus. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of arcade areas and equipment Oversee guest safety, including lifeguard or safety supervision as needed Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts, and manage complaints effectively Assist with event setup, management, and coordination during special occasions or parties Enforce rules and policies to ensure a safe environment for all visitors Provide information about attractions, food services, and upcoming events to guests Support food service operations if applicable, including order taking and serving Skills Excellent customer service and guest relations skills Strong conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations diplomatically Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems Background in events management or hospitality is advantageous Lifeguard experience or safety certification preferred Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings Public speaking skills for engaging with guests during events or announcements Familiarity with food service operations is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Enthusiasm for creating fun and memorable experiences for guests Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Work Location: In person
