Global Product Marketing Lead, Targeting and Signals (New York)

DescriptionThe Ads Signals team&#x27;s vision is to understand customers&#x27; behavior by collecting their online/offline activity from varied sources and connecting them across devices using robust Identity graph in a privacy compliant way. These signals power our entire ads ecosystem spanning Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights and Reporting. The successful candidate will lead and manage a global team of Targeting and Signals product marketers who bring to market core ad solutions that empower advertisers to effectively advertise on TikTok. This role will oversee a robust portfolio that includes Demographic Targeting, Audiences Targeting, Automatic Targeting, Web Pixel, Offline Conversions and Events API. This candidate should have direct ad product development experience with strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and data / signal landscape. This individual will steer product development across inbound and and outbound responsibilities to act as the voice of the customer for advertisers globally. An ability to self-motivate, radically prioritize and influence partners are key skills. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Operations, Business Marketing, Data Science, Engineering and Sales. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion and vision for data and advertising, exhibiting excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills, thrive in an ambiguous environment and drive impact across teams.Responsibilities- Lead a talented, motivated and high-performing Signals and Targeting PMM team. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team.- Develop strong C-level relationships and use market insights to inform client strategies to help clients grow their business and support our strategic priorities.- Have a comprehensive understanding of advertising landscape - bonus points for direct Targeting or Signal product experience - and drive thought leadership internally and externally inclusive of past, present and future state perspective/changes. - Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined team strategy that will accelerate the growth and adoption of TikTok&#x27;s ad products- Influence cross-functional leadership to drive goal alignment and achieve our mission and strategy- Work towards bi-monthly OKRs such as revenue growth, new technology solutions, solution adoption and driving innovation- Provide external thought leadership as an industry expertQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Many of experience in product marketing management, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience with at least 4+ years of people management experience- Experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising is a must- Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and marketing frameworks- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across organizations- Track record of developing and leading high-performance, nimble and executionally rigorous teams- Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:- MBA or other relevant advanced degree- Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group settingEmployment Type: Regular
