Maintenance Mechanic - Electrician
Perform maintenance and repair of all electrical, facilities and equipment to ensure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, all electrician duties and recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Remain informed of changes in rules and procedures as required to correct deficiencies and improve performance
Maintain records and submit regular and special reports as assigned
Instruct assigned personnel in regard to safety policies and procedures, report all safety hazards to Department Manager and follow up to insure hazards are eliminated
Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, install electrical equipment and repairs on all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
Perform general maintenance as directed when not assigned electrical repairs or troubleshooting
Adheres to professional appearance standards as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
Must meet attendance guidelines as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Electrician license and well informed with NEC
Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire and terminal devices, perform testing and troubleshooting
2-5 years' experience as commercial electrician
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must have a valid driver's license
Must qualify for company insurance coverage
Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
A record of satisfactory performance in all prior and current employment
Preferred
State certification or state trade license in one of the following areas: Waste Water, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or other as seen fit
5 years in the field of Facilities Maintenance and knowledge in plumbing, electrical and HVAC

Must be able to meet the level three or medium work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly
