Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. Job Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the dealership's buildings, grounds, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role plays a vital part in keeping our facilities running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for our customers and staff. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dealership buildings and propertyConduct basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as neededMaintain cleanliness of service areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and exterior groundsPerform light carpentry and painting workInspect and maintain lighting, doors, windows, and general facility safetyAssist with seasonal duties (e.g., pressure washing, debris removal, etc.)Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repairsMonitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and toolsWork with vendors and contractors when necessaryRequirements:Previous maintenance or facility management experience preferredBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsMust be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks regularlyValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredReliable and punctual with a positive attitudeBenefits:Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchEmployee discounts on services and vehiclesSchedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM(Some weekend availability may be required)Powered by JazzHR
