Sr. Java DeveloperThe Senior Java Developer will work as the senior developer in the document management / workflow space. The types of projects they will work on are a mix of system replacement, "green field" new development, and enhancement projects.Primary Responsibilities:• Design, develop and test FINRA enterprise search solution• Design, develop and test SOAP-based search services• Support integration of search solution with LOB applicationsTechnical Skills Required:• 8 - 10 years experience in software development• 5+ years hands-on J2EE• XML/XSLT• Extensive knowledge of programming methodology and development life cycleFunctional Skills Required:• Ability to work within a team environment• Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills• Strong communication skillsDesired Skills:• .NET• JSP/Servlets• HTML/Javascript• SQL and / or DQL• Documentum WDK
