General Production WorkerShifts Available4:00pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday9:30pm - 6:00am, Monday - FridayMandatory Saturday overtime on occasionOvertime during the week may occur up to 2 hours before or after the shift start/end timesWill train on first shift - 6am-2:30pm23-25/hrResponsibilitiesWork closely with team members to prepare and assemble steel materialsUtilize hand and power tools to cut and prepare steel for assemblyOperate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components.Rotate through different production tasks to support workflow.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Essential SkillsWillingness to learn and take on different roles within the team.Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.Commitment to safety and quality.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with construction/carpentry experience or experience from another related field can be consideredExperience performing or willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work.Ability to work as part of a team.Good attitude and eagerness to learn.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
