Order Cherry Picker

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Cherry Picker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Using specialized equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts, you will safely pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our warehouse distribution operations. Your expertise in inventory management systems and materials handling will help maintain smooth warehouse flow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to pick and move inventory efficiently Use barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to accurately identify and select items for orders Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, packing, and stacking products with attention to safety protocols Ensure proper stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving procedures are followed according to company standards Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates within inventory management systems Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate material handling equipment while adhering to safety guidelines Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution tasks as needed Experience Prior experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar heavy equipment in a warehouse setting Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes Experience with order picker operations, barcode scanning for logistics, and shipping & receiving procedures Familiarity with safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, manual handling, and PPE use Warehouse supervisor experience or similar roles that involve overseeing warehouse operations is a plus Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including stocking, load & unload activities, and materials handling Hours :2nd/3rd shift Pickers $19.50hr 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday–Thursday) 6pm-10pm (Friday)10:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday–Thursday) 7pm-11pm (Friday) Training Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (retail only) Once training is completed and approved by a Supervisor/Manager, employees will transition to the overnight shift who start at 10pm.
