DPW - Program Manager Master QuickBaseClient is seeking a full time ONSITE position located at OCTO - 655 15th St, NW Washington DC 20005 (ONSITE) (Candidates local to DC, MD and VA Only). The hourly rate range on c2c is $70 - 80/hr.The due date for submissions of qualified candidates is 12 noon on 7/23/2026. Please submit qualified candidates resumes along with the attached skills matrix completed.The agency seeks a highly qualified and experienced QuickBase Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency's QuickBase's rapid development and prototyping framework.The Office of Information Technology supports the development and modernization of its QuickBase application for various operations within DPW. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom applications with the District of Columbia government. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment.
