Bilingual Admin Assistant

Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the management office. This role ensures smooth office functionality while delivering exceptional customer service to owners, residents, vendors, and visitors. Essential duties and responsibilities include answering and returning calls and emails promptly and efficiently throughout the day, receiving and responding to all resident inquiries, directing them appropriately as needed, creating work orders as required and following up with maintenance to ensure timely completion, preparing and issuing violation letters as needed and monitoring for required corrections, collaborating with maintenance and security teams to process reports and relay information, processing applications and preparing files for resident screenings, handling architectural modification requests and coordinating with contractors, scheduling vendors, maintenance repairs, meetings, and property-related appointments, maintaining accurate filing for unit files, vendor files, and online records/website, conducting business always with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct, performing or assisting with any operational tasks required to maintain workflow and meet deadlines, notifying the Property Manager of unusual equipment or operational issues and the need for additional supplies or materials, participating in meetings and work groups to coordinate activities, discuss issues, secure approvals, solve problems, and stay informed of new developments, assisting with or completing special projects and other tasks as assigned.FULL-TIME Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm PAY RATE: $21 PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE AVENTURA AREA!Highly responsive and able to provide excellent customer service. Ability to create and develop long-term relationships. Multitask in a fast passed environment. Capable and efficient in using computer systems including: MS-Office, property management software and email. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to take on new projects. Self Starter & Team Player. Must pass a drug screening and background check.
