ACS Group maintains an expansive product line, which includes size reduction equipment (granulators and shredders), material conveying equipment, metering and blending devices, heat exchangers (mold temperature control units and chillers), drying systems, and presses. We are looking for the brightest talent to help grow and develop our thriving workforce!A successful candidate will be responsible for:Handle all electrical aspects of design for the products, including generating drawings and bills of materialsProvide quotes for design and development of electrical systems, and redesign of existing systems to meet the customer needsCommunicate with customers/sales to develop electrical specificationInterface with Mechanical Engineering Group to integrate PLC controlWork with manufacturing to ensure product manufacturability and troubleshoot floor problemsFollow through on field tests and develop new ideas as suggested by the results of the testsAct as technical support for the sales teamOther duties as assignedBSEE with design and project management experience or combination of internships and co-opsDesign for manufacturability experienceExperience with PLC's, HMI's, and electrical controlsAbility to develop and make presentations to customers and company managementCommunication Skills with an emphasis on working with all departments in the business unitAbility to work in a cross-functional team environmentExperience with CAD systems, AutoCAD Electrical preferred
