Experience Level: Mid-to-Senior Level***Note: Please apply only if you have active hospice referral accounts, as we are looking for a seasoned hospice marketer.About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and strategic Hospice Marketer who understands that this isn’t just "sales"—it’s about ensuring patients and families receive the dignity and care they deserve during life’s most sensitive transition.As our Community Relations Manager, you won't just be dropping off brochures. You will be a trusted consultant for physicians, hospital discharge planners, and skilled nursing facilities, helping them navigate the complexities of end-of-life care.What You’ll DoBuild Your Network: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, MD offices, ALF/SNFs, and community organizations.Be the Expert: Educate medical professionals and the community on the clinical benefits of hospice, debunking myths and explaining the Medicare Hospice Benefit.Drive Growth: Meet and exceed monthly referral and admission goals through consistent field activity (expect about 80% of your time in the field).Collaborate: Work closely with our clinical intake team and hospice Interdisciplinary group to ensure a seamless transition for patients from the moment of referral to the start of care.Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on local healthcare trends and competitor activity to keep our agency at the forefront of the community.Who You AreAn Experienced Pro: You have at least 2+ years of healthcare marketing experience, specifically in hospice, home health, or palliative care. Active referral sources are a must!A Relationship Architect: You don't just "hit targets"; you build genuine trust. You’re known in the local medical community for your reliability.Clinical Fluency: You can speak the language of doctors and nurses.
