This is a high-visibility role responsible for shaping enterprise agentic AI strategy, leading C-suite diagnostic engagements, and translating complex business operations into prioritized AI Agent opportunity architectures.The Principal AI Agent Architect operates as the senior technical and strategic voice on client engagements, partnering directly with WGA's Managing Director and engagement leadership to deliver executive-ready recommendations benchmarked against the quality standards of BCG, McKinsey, and Bain. The role requires fluency across the modern agentic AI platform landscape, deep operating model intuition, and the executive presence to influence C-suite decisions on multi-million-dollar transformation programs.This is a 12-week temporary project-based engagement with approximately 5 weeks of international travel across Asia-Pacific. Strong potential for engagement extension based on performance and continued client demand across WGA's pipeline.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategy and architecture leadershipLead architecture and design thinking for enterprise AI Worker and AI Agent deployments across multiple concurrent client engagementsDefine agentic AI platform strategy recommendations, including comparative evaluations across the Enterprise tier (e.g., established no-code AI Worker platforms) and Emerging tier (high-growth agentic frameworks)Develop platform deployment architectures including centralized vs. federated models, multi-tenant governance frameworks, and integration pathways into existing enterprise technology stacksProvide buy-vs-build guidance for use cases where commercially available AI Agents or AI Tools may displace custom developmentClient engagement and executive advisoryConduct senior executive interviews with C-suite, business unit leadership, and subject matter experts to identify the highest-value AI Worker opportunitiesTranslate complex, fragmented business workflows into structured AI Agent opportunity architectures supported by clear business casesDefine orchestration patterns, human-in-the-loop models, exception handling frameworks, and platform fit-for-purpose decisionsServe as the senior client-facing voice on agent design, platform selection, and enterprise AI Workforce strategyShape diagnostic findings iteratively with client leadership, ensuring recommendations reflect operating realities, business constraints, and stakeholder prioritiesDeliverable ownershipOwn the development of diagnostic executive roadmaps, prioritized lighthouse use case portfolios, and AI Workforce Readiness AssessmentsDevelop initial business cases and investment views including value sizing, sequencing logic, and dependency mappingProduce C-suite deliverables benchmarked to the visual, narrative, and analytical standards of top-tier strategy consulting firmsFrame diagnostic outputs across the broader Diagnose-Design-Develop-Deploy lifecycle to position clients for sustained value realizationTeam leadership and methodology contributionMentor Lead AI Agent Architects and direct day-to-day analytical work productContribute to WGA's proprietary diagnostic methodology, frameworks, and intellectual capitalHelp shape WGA's evolving point of view on agentic AI, platform strategy, and the future of workQualificationsEducationMaster's degree required in a relevant discipline, including but not limited to Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related technical or strategic fieldEquivalent advanced credentials (PhD, MS in quantitative discipline, or comparable) consideredExperience10+ years of professional experience spanning management consulting, enterprise AI, technology architecture, or business transformationMinimum 3 years of focused experience in agentic AI, large language model applications, AI Worker deployment, or comparable next-generation AI implementation workDemonstrated track record of leading C-suite engagements at Fortune 500, Global 2000, or large enterprise scaleExperience producing executive deliverables benchmarked against BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM Consulting, or comparable strategy consulting standards (strongly preferred)Technical and strategic fluencyDeep working knowledge of the agentic AI platform landscape across Enterprise and Emerging tiers, including no-code AI Worker platforms, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise LLM deploymentsProven ability to translate complex, multi-functional business workflows into structured AI Agent architectures and prioritized opportunity portfoliosStrong intuition for operating model design, process re-engineering, and the human-plus-AI work redesign required to capture sustained valueFamiliarity with enterprise architecture, integration design, data governance, and AI risk frameworksCommunication and executive presenceExceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to produce and deliver C-suite-ready presentationsDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, manage stakeholder dynamics, and navigate complex multi-business-unit environmentsStrong written communication including the ability to structure persuasive executive narrativesEngagement DetailsPosition Type: Temporary project-based engagement;
