In this role, the Salesperson will interact with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable flooring products, and provide personalized solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, preparing price quotes, and closing sales. The Salesperson will collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless service delivery and actively engage in building lasting customer relationships. Qualifications Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationshipsProduct knowledge or a willingness to quickly learn about flooring materials and installation processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team membersBasic proficiency in using sales software or equivalent tools for order processing and customer interactionProblem-solving and organizational skills for managing multiple customer needs efficientlyProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail or similar environment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or flooring is advantageous
