Director of Operations (Registered Nurse RN) – Home Based Care

We are seeking a highly dynamic, experienced, and hands‑on Director of Operations (RN) to oversee agency operations while actively supporting clinical excellence and patient care in the field. This role is ideal for a confident, strategic leader who understands both the clinical and operational sides of home‑based care - and who is willing to roll up their sleeves whenever needed.This is not a desk‑only leadership role.
