Finance Manager, Process Engineering

Overview In this role you will act as the finance business partner for Non-Sort Process Engineering operations, leading productivity initiatives across Amazon’s North America Fulfillment network. You’ll develop standardized productivity metrics, perform data-driven financial analysis, and scale successful programs with field teams to drive sustainable cost improvements. You’ll work closely with operations leadership to ensure rigorous financial controls and deliver strategic insights that boost operational excellence.
