Head Mover and Driver

Please do not apply if you do not have any experience with a PROFESSIONAL moving company, have led a crew , and are proficient in loading and driving a 26' box truck. 2 years minimum with a license and clean MVR required. We are looking to add to our team and fill a vacant driver slot. A typical job may be in town or out of town but we try to only schedule one out-of-town job per week. Out of town jobs include pay for drive time and per diem pay of $35/day for food. We are partially booked a month out and can provide steady work (some weeks 40+ hrs). Most jobs include tips. Below are duties you'd be expected to perform and traits we would like to see in a new employee: DUTIES -Leading a moving crew (you are responsible for the crew and the job at hand) -Lifting furniture (dollies and shoulder straps provided) -Loading and Unloading Furniture and Boxes -Driving a 26' Box Truck (Getting DOT Certified) -Packing and Unpacking Homes TRAITS and EXPECTATIONS: -Show up on time and in uniform -Treat everyone with respect -Great Customer Service Skills -Clean-Cut and Presentable -Drug-Free We are looking for someone who wants to grow, buy into our vision of excellence, and be a part of what we are building.
