Bauer Account Manager Partner Sales LASAThe Bauer Account Manager Partner Sales LASA is responsible for driving the growth and support of partner business across assigned regions, focusing on strategic market analysis and acquisition of new sales and service partners. This role requires effective communication and reporting, working closely together with regional sales colleagues. Key activities include organizing regular review calls, supporting partners with application and offer preparation, and participating in trade fairs and joint customer visits. The position also involves monitoring competitor activities, managing partner contracts, and collaborating with marketing to leverage promotional tools. Regular travel is required to maintain strong partner relationships and achieve business objectives.Responsibilities:Holistic support and expansion of the partner business in the assigned countries/regions world wideMarket analyses and acquisition of new strategic sales/service partnersDevelopment of technical and application solutions for the assigned partners/countriesIntroduction and maintenance of communication tools with our partners: Score-card, Rolling Forecast, Offer Tracking, Partner Teams Channel and Lead Following and AssignmentRegular reports and implementation of monthly or bi-monthly review calls with the TOP 20 partnersClose cooperation and coordination with the respective, regionally responsible sales colleagues in the above-mentioned countries.Application support, offer preparation (selection/configuration) for the assigned partners/countries/regions in close cooperation with the Inside Sales Partner ManagerParticipation in national/international trade fairs and meetings, in collaboration with our PartnersTraining of partners to ensure they are effective in product offerings, sales procedures, technical applications and supporting the continuous development of partner expertiseJoint visits with the partners to target customersDrawing up and monitoring partner contractsMonitoring competitor activitiesClose co-operation with marketing and use/application of marketing toolsEducation, Experience & Skills Required:Engineering degree, preferably in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineeringAt least 5 years of experience with electrical and mechanical drive technologyExperience with SAP (or other ERP systems) beneficialUnderstanding of CRM system, preferably Salesforce, preferredStrong presentation & communication skillsKnowledge of written and spoken English, Spanish and PortugueseGrowth-orientated, strategic thinking and approachConfident in dealing with customers on the phone, via Teams and on siteTravel up to 50%
