This role requires a strong blend of cloud architecture, AI/ML expertise, and hands-on engineering capability to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platforms on AWS.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Solution ArchitectureDesign and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using Amazon BedrockBuild scalable RAG pipelines leveraging OpenSearch, Aurora ML Vector Engine, DynamoDB, and vector databasesEvaluate and select foundation models such as Claude, Llama, Amazon Titan, and CohereArchitect multi-agent systems using Bedrock Agents and Knowledge BasesDevelop serverless AI workflows using Lambda, Step Functions, and API GatewayModel Development & EngineeringImplement prompt engineering and optimization strategiesFine-tune LLMs using Bedrock capabilitiesDevelop reusable GenAI components and enterprise acceleratorsIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIsData & IntegrationBuild data pipelines using Glue, S3, EMR, Redshift, and KinesisDesign secure architectures using IAM, VPC, PrivateLink, and KMSImplement monitoring, governance, and observability using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and MLOps toolsLeadership & CollaborationLead architecture discussions, PoCs, and technical reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutionsMentor teams on AWS and Generative AI best practicesQualificationsStrong experience in AWS cloud architectureHands-on expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI solutionsDeep experience with Amazon Bedrock (mandatory)Proficiency in Python and serverless developmentExperience implementing RAG architectures at scaleStrong knowledge of cloud security and networkingExperience with vector databases and embedding strategiesPreferredAWS Certified Solutions Architect – ProfessionalAWS Certified Machine Learning – SpecialtyExperience with SageMaker, EKS, or ECSKnowledge of responsible AI and guardrailsExperience building copilots, chatbots, or document intelligence platformsFamiliarity with EventBridge and event-driven architecturesEqual Opportunity StatementStaffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
