Front Desk Dental Receptionist

As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries.
- Utilize computerized systems to perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing collections.
- Review dental records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient demographics and appointment schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and filing documents.
- Ensure that the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Utilize 10-key typing skills to efficiently complete tasks.
Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in computerized systems.
- Experience in documentation review and collection processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong typing skills and the ability to use a 10-key keypad.
- Experience with front desk responsibilities and administrative support is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.25 - $22.00 per hour
