Some tasks can be handled remotely, while others will require in-person assistance.This role involves a mix of business and personal support, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities will vary day-to-day and may include:Assisting on job sites (prep work, basic labor, organization, cleanup)Managing calls, texts, and scheduling appointmentsFollowing up with leads and communicating with customersRunning business and personal errands (supplies, returns, etc.)Supporting administrative tasks such as organizing receipts, tracking jobs, and data entryHelping with basic marketing tasks (photos/videos of completed work, uploading content)This position requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities as priorities change.QualificationsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Reliable, punctual, and highly organizedComfortable with both hands-on work and administrative tasksAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service mindset with a professional attitudeBasic familiarity with tools like spreadsheets, scheduling apps, or CRM systemsWillingness to learn and take initiativePreferred (not required):Experience in construction, service-based businesses, or hands-on workPrevious administrative or assistant experienceAdditional DetailsPart-time, as-needed hours (flexible schedule)Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expandsMust have reliable transportation
