Material Handler

Warehouse Material Handler Location: Defiance, OH Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Pay: $20/hr We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Material Handlers to support daily production operations by accurately moving, staging, and managing raw materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, has a stable work history, maintains good attendance, arrives to work on time, and takes pride in doing their job safely and correctly. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment with a consistent schedule. Responsibilities Move raw materials and packaging materials to production areas. Stage materials for production and verify quantities and accuracy. Complete inventory transactions in the warehouse management system. Follow proper inventory rotation procedures (FEFO). Safely and efficiently operate a hi-lift forklift. Assist with cycle counts and inventory control. Maintain accurate inventory and material records. Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all GMP, safety, and company procedures. Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time for scheduled shifts. Working Conditions Manufacturing and warehouse environment. Frequent lifting, carrying, walking, and stair climbing. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment. Wet or slippery floors may be present. Must be able to wear required PPE. Must follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred. Hi-lift forklift experience required. Basic computer skills. Stable work history required. Must be reliable and dependable with consistent attendance. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must be willing to perform physical warehouse duties. Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
