Benefits: Competitive Wages 401K- employer match (after 1 yr of employment) Company Sponsored Health Plan Generous PTO **Eligibility contingent on meeting requirements of each benefit (hours worked etc.) Qualifications · Willing to train · Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily. · Able to observe safety rules · Able to climb ladders and work in high places · Able to walk, kneel, climb, stand, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, and other related activities associated with janitorial work · Able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 pounds and occasionally 40 pounds · Able to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds together with a team member · Able to hand write legibly · Able to work independently and as a team member · Able to perform tasks requirement manual dexterity · Regularly able to perform duties assigned · Able to see well enough to identify cleaning needs and complete to acceptable standards · Ability to listen and communicate effectively to a diverse group of people in the spirit of compassion · Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, track and follow up on tasks · Attention to detail and ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies · Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team · Commitment to developing and safekeeping a workplace that values and supports a culturally diverse work environment · Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds · Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment Job Duties · Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility, assisting with light maintenance issues, and fostering a team environment among staff · Responsible for cleaning building common areas and units during turnover · Clean bathrooms, food serving area and other common areas to building standards · Stock and assist with communicating inventory · Prepare vacant units for occupancy · Maintain clean exterior of building · Assist building maintenance staff and maintenance vendors as needed · Performs other duties as assigned #crhnw Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Physical Setting: Long term care Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Have you been employed by CRH Northwest before?
