We are also a publicly traded company on the NYSE with the ticker symbol KNF and part of the S&P MidCap 400 index.We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Loader Operator at our plant in Idaho Falls!Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The FollowingCommunicate and promote safety compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standardsAbility to run mixing operations on the plant to ensure material quality and compliance with specificationEnsure consistent production to meet daily ordersOffloading hot asphalt oilAbility to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and deal effectively with people using a facilitative approach include scaling, ticketing and assist in asphalt ordersResponsible for completing daily checklist, journal, and reportsContinuously communicating with plant operators, truckers, quality control and dispatchProblem solving skills to help identify and resolve issues that ariseMaintain aggregate stockpiles and liquid levelsMaintain good attendance and safety record and set an example for others to followJob requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and rakingPerforms other duties as assignedWe offer a full benefit package after 30 days which includes full medical, dental, vision and 401K and more.Minimum QualificationsProven work history of two (2) years or more experience in asphalt plant operationA high school diploma or general education degree (GED)Valid driver’s licenseMust be able to work day shifts and night shifts.
