Cold Header Operator

Cold Header Machine Operator Our client is seeking a Cold Header Machine Operator to join their team. As a Cold Header Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Fastener-Forming Teams. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Tyrone, PA Pay Range: 17-19 What's the Job? Operate cold header machines to produce precision metal fasteners. Load wire/raw material and adjust dies, punches, and feed rates for optimal performance. Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Monitor machine operation and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain production flow. Document production and quality checks accurately in ERP and SPC systems. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of cold-forming or header machine experience in manufacturing. Experience in fastener or rivet production strongly preferred.
