Bread Associate - Production Bakery - Farmers Branch, TX $500 Sign-on bonus for Full-Time External Candidates, bonus will be paid out in 3 installments, $100 after 30 days, $150 after 60 days , and $250 after 90 day probation period. ***The sign on bonus does not apply to temp employees who are currently working at 85c and roll over. In this hands-on role, you'll help create the fresh breads and pastries our guests love while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment. What You'll DoPrepare and produce bakery items according to daily production forecasts and prep lists.Mix, shape, and prepare dough and pastry products for baking and shipment to stores.Operate bakery equipment including industrial mixers, dough lifters, and ovens.Gather and prepare ingredients while maintaining product quality and consistency.Follow recipes, production procedures, and food safety standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies and procedures. Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires: Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.Repetitive hand and arm movements.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to work in varying temperatures, including bakery heat, coolers, and freezers.Full range of motion to safely perform production tasks and operate bakery equipment. Shifts (All Shift Require OVERTIME): ***Shift may vary depending on department work station & availability *** "From 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM - 2:30PM, 3:30PM, 4:30PM & 5:30PM (ALL SHIFTS REQUIRE OVERTIME)" Some work stations have alternating days off, must work SATURDAY AND/OR SUNDAY!
