Role - Python Developer Chicago, IL (Hybrid) - Only Local CandidatesJob Summary:We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Python and enterprise service layer development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and be capable of delivering scalable and high-quality backend solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using PythonBuild and enhance enterprise service layer architecturesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentParticipate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solvingEnsure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applicationsWork closely with delivery leads during development and deployment cyclesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in Python backend developmentProven experience in enterprise service layer deliveryHands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system designGood problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in global delivery modelsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plusPrior experience in Financial Services domain is an advantageAdditional Information:In-person interaction is preferred for interviewsFaster profile delivery is prioritized over location/costCandidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model
