Senior Program Manager, Worldwide Sales Enablement

Overview In this role you will lead and scale global enablement initiatives to build capability across customer-facing teams and people leaders. You’ll craft end-to-end programs from strategy through measurement, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver engaging, scalable learning experiences. You’ll also shape leadership development to strengthen coaching, change leadership, and performance. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends enterprise enablement with leadership development to drive measurable business impact.
