Job Description: Caregiver (Elder Care)Location: New York, New YorkWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide high-quality care for an elderly client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elder care and a genuine commitment to supporting the client's daily needs and overall well-being.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experienceAdjacent penthouse apartment providedHealth insurance stipend providedRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in elder care (required)Must be physically capable of assisting and supporting the client, including during walks and other mobility-related activitiesStrong communication skills are required, especially when interacting with the principal's familyAbility to provide attentive, patient, and respectful careHighly organized, discreet, and dependableFlexibility with schedule is requiredResponsibilities:Assist with daily living activitiesProvide mobility support, including walking assistancePrepare nutritious mealsCoordinate and manage vendors, doctor's appointments, and additional support staffMonitor and report changes in the client's conditionOffer companionship and emotional supportMaintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
