We are searching for a high-capacity leader who can manage large-loss reconstruction, complex residential jobs, and commercial projects while keeping multiple moving parts aligned. For the right person, this role offers meaningful room for growth, greater responsibility, and long-term opportunity within a growing and stable company.What You’ll DoServe as the primary leader for reconstruction projects, owning the outcome from approved scope through final completion. Lead and direct PHC service specialists and skilled tradespeople on your projects, setting the tone for urgency, accountability, professionalism, and quality. Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the reconstruction process with confidence, professionalism, and clear communication. Determine project scope and work closely with estimators, clients, and insurance adjusters to align scope, price, and expectations. Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and critical path timelines to keep work moving and projects on track. Ensure on-site quality by inspecting work in progress, addressing issues quickly, and holding a high standard for the finished product. Manage large-loss, complex, and commercial reconstruction projects with strong prioritization and follow-through. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal team members, and material flow so projects stay on schedule and run efficiently.Work closely with customers on change orders, upgrades, and vision-related decisions, helping them make confident choices while keeping the project aligned. Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and insurance adjusters so PHC is represented with excellence.Use software for documentation, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and communication to maintain strong control of your jobs. Collaborate with a strong Project Coordinator for administrative support while staying fully accountable for project leadership, pace, and results. Experience managing reconstruction, insurance-related repairs, large-loss work, or commercial projects is preferred. A firm understanding of construction costs, budgeting, scope management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination is required for success in this role. Previous damage restoration project management experience is helpful, but broader building construction and project leadership experience may translate well.
