Founding Attorney - ECVC Attorney (4-7 years experience)

The company directly ties in legal tech with human legal talent to support tech companies in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This role is designed for high-performing Big Law associates seeking a more entrepreneurial, high-upside alternative to traditional law firm partnership tracks.The RoleFounding ECVC Attorney position - playing a vital role in the success of the company.Serve as a founding attorney and strategic business builderOwn direct founder and startup client relationshipsLead sophisticated venture financings from inception to closeHelp build the legal infrastructure of a category-defining startupCollaborate directly with product and engineering teamsSupport engineers in building scalable legal workflows through AI and automation Technical experience required: Experience with SAFEs, convertible notes, seed financings, Series A/B rounds, and other venture financingsExperienced in advising startup clients on Delaware formations, governance, board matters, and corporate structuringExperience in managing cap tables, option plans, and equity documentationComfortable to serve as primary outside counsel for startup and founder clients The Opportunity Take an equity position in a pre-seed company who have huge backers and massive upside potential. Work alongside experience tried-and-tested founders.Remuneration:$200k - $250k salary.Equity incentivisation Hybrid Working3 days in-office required - Financial District, San Francisco Work Authorization Required - the company is unable to sponsor work visas.
