Onsite super-user training, go-live support and post-go-live optimization. This includes but is not limited to remote training calls, super user training, go-live support, and post go-live optimization. Responsibilities include issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients as well as internal staff as needed.75%+ long-distance or air travel required to and from customer locations.All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.Essential FunctionsClient Training:Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events, following Nextech’s standard implementation methodologyComplete practice assessments and workflow analysis guided by industry best practicesInstruct clinical and non-clinical staff on the proper use of software applicationsTrain staff in individual and group settings, employing diverse teaching strategies to maximize effectivenessComplete administrative tasks to update customers, Project Managers and Department Managers on implementation progressPerform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needsIssue Resolution and Optimization:Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-liveIdentify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization post-go-liveCollaboration:Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with client needsCommunicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfactionTravel:75%+ long-distance or air travel requiredTravel to and from customer locationsMinimum RequirementsAbility to travel 75%+ long-distance or air travel3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically software implementationAbility to cultivate strong relationships & influence behaviorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsProven ability to solve problems creativelyPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of or applicable experience in one of Nextech’s main medical specialtiesKnowledge of workflow of a Medical ClinicUnderstanding of HIPAA and PHIBackground in insurance billingBachelor’s degree in related fieldWorking Environment/Physical DemandsThis role is open in all states within the United States except for: California, New York, Washington and ColoradoWork occurs at customer locations, typically well-lit and air-conditioned offices, with moderate noise levels.
