Sales Representative

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite – Chicago Board of Trade Building)Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, ONSITECompensation: $44,000 base salary + commissionResponsibilitiesMake approximately 100–150 outbound calls dailyManage and nurture warm lead pipeline within HubSpot CRMBuild relationships with prospective and existing clientsLearn commodity futures markets and trading strategiesParticipate in Series 3 licensing training and onboardingSupport account-opening coordination and client follow-upMaintain detailed CRM notes and pipeline activityOperate within strict compliance and regulatory guidelinesReactivate older leads and develop long-term prospect relationshipsParticipate in ongoing sales coaching and product trainingQualifications1–2 years of prior outbound sales experienceComfortable working in a high-volume sales environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCoachable and willing to learn complex financial productsComfortable fully onsite in ChicagoCRM experience preferred (HubSpot strongly preferred)Interest in financial markets, investing, or commodities preferredResilient, competitive, and motivated by long-term earning potentialTools & TechnologyHubSpot CRMMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Online Series 3 licensing/training platformsInternal commodities market research and trading resourcesAt Premier Talent Partners, we are a people-centered recruitment firm with a strong focus on skills-based hiring.
