Responsible for overall supervision of maintenance, installation and repair work on: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, systems and components. Responsible for coordination of troubleshooting, repair and installation work with Engineering Operations and Planning. Assures work quality and progress in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, SOM standards, and local, state and federal codes.
