Service Advisor – Automotive
The Gayle Benson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
Communicate recommended services and timelines clearly
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Keep customers updated on vehicle status
Upsell additional services when appropriate
Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
Qualifications:
Previous automotive service advising experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services
Computer proficiency (CDK is a plus)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
