As a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) & Influencer Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, collaborating with the social media and public relations teams to craft compelling campaigns, and identifying new opportunities to expand TEA AI’s online presence and brand awareness.QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Public Relations to collaborate with influencers, create impactful messaging, and represent the brand effectively.Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including planning and managing campaigns across platforms.Proficiency in Sales techniques to negotiate partnerships and build lasting mutually beneficial relationships with influencers and KOLs.Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media platforms.Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with occasional on-site responsibilities in Los Altos Hills, CA.
