Data Governance Lead

10 + years’ experience in Data Governance, data catalog, and data stewardship Hands-on experience with programing languages such as SQL, HTML, Java, Python and others is plus Experience leveraging the MS Purview Data Governance portal for data management and enabling various cross domain use cases Deep understanding of data governance capabilities including data catalog, data dictionary, business lineage, technical lineage and stewardship workflows Responsible for integrating with new data sources for metadata acquisition. Work closely with project teams to help with delivering catalog use cases which include design, configuration and deployment. Validate lineage diagrams and modify/change as required. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable working independently and with other teams/vendors to resolve issues. Demonstrates familiarity with Purview best practices, infrastructure & networking setup.· Retail/CPG domain knowledge is plus.
