Project Geologist

I am partnering with a highly respected national consulting firm to identify an experienced Project Environmental Scientist, Geologist, Engineer, or Hydrogeologist for their Philadelphia office. This organization is consistently recognized as one of the top firms in the industry and is known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and strong commitment to employee development and wellbeing.This position offers the opportunity to lead environmental investigation and remediation projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to both technical work and business development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage environmental investigation and remediation projects.Conduct complex quantitative and technical analyses.Supervise field activities and ensure accurate interpretation of results.Prepare and edit technical proposals, reports, and documentation.Support business development, including client meetings and pursuit of new opportunities.Provide oversight, training, and coaching to junior staff.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple office locations.Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).PE, PG or relevant licenseMinimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.Strong background in environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance.HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain.Excellent verbal, written, and public communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Compensation & BenefitsThe firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (including parental and military leave), professional license bonuses, educational reimbursement, flexible work arrangements, mentoring programs, wellness initiatives, and more.NegotiablePhiladelphia, PennsylvaniaCivil Engineering
