This is an in-office role for attorneys who want to be fully immersed in the team, the litigation process, and the day-to-day pace of a busy plaintiff PI practice.Note: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar. This role is best suited for someone with 0–4 years of experience who wants to handle a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload and grow into a true trial attorney. Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionManage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from inception through resolutionHandle litigation tasks including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategyAttend court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferencesCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other partiesNegotiate settlements and help drive cases toward strong outcomesAssist with trial preparation and gain meaningful exposure to trial workWork closely with firm leadership while building the ability to independently manage your own casesHelp contribute to a fast-paced, high-accountability plaintiff PI practiceQualifications0–4 years of personal injury experience, or a strong interest in plaintiff personal injury litigationActive Illinois Bar license and good standing requiredStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a high-volume environmentStrong communication skills with clients and opposing counselLitigation, deposition, courtroom, or trial prep exposure is a plusSpanish language skills are a plusWhy You Will Love Working HereYou will get the kind of early responsibility that many attorneys wait years to find.
