Your role will involve ensuring safety programs are compliant, conducting new employee orientation training, and monitoring job sites to identify areas of risk and hazards. You will advise branch managers on compliance with safety regulations and prepare job specific safety plans. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in safety management, working with health and safety regulatory compliance agencies, and analyzing accident/incident investigations. Great interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to prioritize and multitask are essential. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
